1. You have 45 days to decide if an item is right for you, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on Greetllme.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Greetllme Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, beauty and accessories
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Greetllme products .
How To Return
Steps are easy to follow:
- If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
- Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your PayPal account or credit cards account. if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $20.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
